Style 7010 - Compressed Aramid Fibre Blend With Buna-N Nitrile Binder

Phelps Style 7010 is a dense Compressed Gasket Sheet reinforced with an Aramid fiber blend with a Nitrile rubber binder. This sheet has a special high temperature anti-stick coating applied to both sides. Our material is engineered for super heated steam, thermal cycling, boilers, heat exchangers and is recommended for sealing gases, fuels, oils and refrigerants. This material’s high tensile strength gives it excellent resistance to hot creep relaxation at elevated gasket stress loads and has very good torque retention.
